Whether you are in education, working, or somewhere in between, we have a programme for you.

Our programmes are about the things that cannot be taught in classrooms or lecture theatres. Participants develop a sense of purpose and direction, increase self-confidence and become more active citizens. Transformational learning occurs through contact with people whose life experience is different from your own, by virtue of age, culture or circumstances.

Any of these programmes can be adapted to suit the needs and interests of your organisation. We also enjoy co-creating new programmes with partners anywhere in the world.

  • Leadership skills

Since 2010, our international leadership programme has given hundreds of young adults the insights and skills they need to build meaningful, productive and fulfilling careers. Whether you have already chosen your future path, or are still searching for the right direction, this course develops a broad set of essential competences which will remain relevant in all walks of life.

  • Life skills

Taqaddam, Arabic for ‘moving forward’, is a life skills programme that supports young people to build confidence in themselves and their future and develop the strengths and skills to flourish in life, work, and society. We run this programme for schools in the United Kingdom, on behalf of the British Council.

  • Career skills

MyCareerBox is a life-changing international programme that reimagines your job hunt, starting with what matters most. With so much change, it’s harder than ever for anyone seeking their first job to make sense of things and set out a plan. MyCareerBox enables you to discover purpose, a personal brand and the skills to give you the edge in a fast-changing world, with expert guidance, in a setting designed to inspire.

  • Intercultural skills

This short course is an introduction to intercultural practice - the way we behave in different and unfamiliar cultural contexts. What are the factors that influence our own attitudes and behaviours and those of others? What do we mean by culture, and what are the features we need to be aware of? What happens if we get it wrong, and how can we get it right?
